Once again this holiday season, ASB is using Winter Wishes as a fun way to give gifts and personal care items to students in need. It is a great opportunity for Kamiakin Braves to give back and help those less fortunate. Students submitted slips that had their “wishes” to ASB earlier this quarter, and those wishes were hung on the giving tree in the library. Anyone can grab a wish off the tree and bring the unwrapped gift to room 442, and leadership will wrap and deliver the gift to the student who requested it.

When asked if Winter Wishes has been succesful so far this year, junior Adryann Frewing, a leadership student stated,  “Yes, we have been able to give lots of gifts to students who don’t have warm clothing and also just some fun gifts!”

Through this opportunity, many students have received items that they otherwise would have had to go without this winter season. And others simply had their day brightened by a fun Christmas gift!
