“Criminal Minds” is a CBS, ANX show with a total of 14 seasons airing on many different social media platforms. According to IMDb, it is rated 8.1/10. and 96% of Google users liked this TV show. The show first aired Sept. 22, 2005 and yet still does not have an end date with a total of 314 episodes, each approximately 45 minutes long. The show is rated TV-14.

“Criminal Minds” is about an elite force of agents in the FBI. They profile the United States’ most criminal minds. They anticipate when the next criminal will strike again. They aren’t allowed to help a case until they are invited in by the local PD (police department). They solve problems by profiling the unknown subject. They profile the subject in a series of different ways like looking at the crime scene, the geographic profile and talking to victims or parents / family members to see if they can get anything. Then when they make a profile of the unsub. They send the information to their technical analyst over at Quantico, Virginia where she searches for possible suspects. The others on the team give the profile to the PD working on the case.

There are a series of Supervisory Special Agents also know as SS. The team consists of six members. Agent Aaron Hotchner (Unit Chief and head of the team), Agent David Rossi (Former FBI agent who came back after 10 years), Agent Jennifer “JJ” Jareau (Communications Liaison), Agent Penelope Garcia (Technical Analyst and Co-Communications Liaison), Agent Derek Morgan (acting agent), Agent Emily Prentiss (Supervisory Special Agent who later on takes over the role as unit chief), Doctor Spencer Reid (Lecturer). In the later seasons, there are more agents that join in. This team is like a family. They take care of each other yet they don’t know everything about each other. Still each one of their stories comes out in some way.

In my opinion, this show is a  5/5, and I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting a good show to watch that will keep you on your toes. It will show you a little of what it is like to be in the FBI.
